Pakistan.
Indian dramas have very loud background music and irritating storylines. 
Sad to say, though, if you look at Pakistani dramas from 10-15 years ago, things have changed so much…they used to be so much better back then.

Pakistani dramas are way better. I don't watch many but the only desi dramas I've ever watched are Pakistani. I remember renting Pakistani drama videotapes in the 90s, Tanhaiyyan, Din, Zaib-un-Nisa, Ainak Wala Jin, Alpha Bravo Charlie, etc etc. Also some of the telefilms that used to come on PTV or STN were quite good. I don't watch Pakistani channels anymore but even now I think our dramas are probably better than the crap served up on Star Plus, Sony and Colors.

Geo, Hum, ARY are producing some very good dramas, however nothing compared to the classic PTV drama serials. There are a number of negative points about pakistani dramas which I have highlighted in a previous thread. Some indian dramas do have good stories, talented star cast and i’m reluctant to say they get you hooked in quicker than pakistani dramas.

oh by far far far and far Pakistani dramas are better. Pakistani dramas have great story lines, superb acting while all Indian dramas (I do watch them but only for time pass/entertainment reasons) are too much with bad story lines, way too many episodes and very bad editing (like they zoom so many times in to a person's face or when a person gets to know something shocking the camera shows that person from every angle). I think India has the potential to make good dramas coz ages back I saw some Indian telefilms, those were superb with great acting and story sadly starplus saas bahu type dramas took the place. Anyhow Pakistan takes the lead here.

Pakistani Dramas all the way - They start good, have a good story to keep people hooked on to them; Just have a little bit of trouble with the endings...if they fix that the dramas are nothing but perfect.
While Indian dramas start the same way, progress the same way and either abruptly end because the trps go down or just don't end at all making people lose interest. There is nothing new in any drama of theirs. Huge Punjabi joint family, Guju family etc...same problems one good all bad...One good woman because of what happens in her life gets married to one man more then ten times and then the marriage doesn't survive so she marries 10 others and all of them accept her and yet the first one is dying and crying for her for 8years of drama :/. Same **** different drama and channel(s)..nothing new.

Pakistani dramas, any day. Indians are only good at recycling/plagiarising/taking cues from hollywood that's why their films look better to the untrained eye.

NO comparison!!!! Pakistani dramas, actors and our Pakistani stars aka Faisal Qureshi, Faisal Rehman, Humayun Saeed, Adnan Siddiqui, Fahad Mustafa. Mohib Mirza, & that guy frm Daam w/ Sanam Balochn etc. Female stars are also gr8 but I'll leave t/ guys to list thm up !
