Fir ain’t a northern thing…seems like even the Hindi speaking say phir.

Fir drives me batty

So does replacing “z” with “j”…jeera instead of zeera.

So does “kara tha”…It’s kiya tha !!!

I don’t even care if these are a Northern Urdu feature or not…I don’t like it.

Word. I would say..these are my pet peeves too. Like wth is firrrr. It’s Phir. Northern India might be similar but not same. I like Urdu much formalized and sounds better.
