To expose the militants and their links and to prevent the attacks from happening are all the roles of the intelligence. If after losing more than 40000 people the intelligence has not been able to provide any proof, it raises a question mark on their competence.

Please don’t high your blood pressure as I m already agree with you dude Our intelligences are nothing infront of CIA and we should take proper training from them even i think we should hire CIA or Mosad personnel to fight with us against terrorism
