Pakistani soldiers lay their life on the line [Split]

A Pak army commando from our village was one of the guys who were sent in to Swat for cleanup operations. He, along with some other commandoes, got into a firefight with the terrorists, got ambushed, and were shot and martyred.

Now war is essentially what these brave soldiers are trained for, and they are always ready to lay down their lives in the path of Allah, and for their country, and that is what they did. They will inshallah attain jannah. But what the talibans did makes you wonder what their agenda is. The terrorists basically dismembered the bodies of all of the shaheeds…something that reminds me of hinda doing the same with Hazrat Hamza.

The guy was recently married, and left behind a 20 year old widow who is expecting.

I wholeheartedly support all types of military operations against these bandits, and hope that our forces crush and flush them out, back to Afghanistan soon, just like the Sri Lankan forces did with the LTTE. We must use overwhelming force against these criminals.

SSG heroes killed eight Taliban before they were shot

KAHUTA: Family members of martyred Captain Najam Riaz have made a shocking disclosure about the alleged involvement of an important administrative official of Malakand in the killing of four SSG commandos at the hands of Taliban last week.

The heroic tale of brave commandos reveals how the valiant soldiers had broken the necks of eight Taliban, once they realised that they were about to be beheaded. The mother of Shaheed Captain Najam told The News while sitting in her village house, amid tears in her eyes, that she would have even sacrificed ten sons for the sake of Pakistan and she was proud of her 24-year old son, who before going to Swat had told her not to weep over her body as he knew he was going on a journey of martyrdom.

“Our Shaheed captain told that the important official of Malakand had come to meet the Taliban when they were in their possession. The official considered to be darling of the Taliban had told his friends to keep the four SSG commandos with them but return their weapons”, one of the family members of the martyred Captain told The News.

The father of Captain who retired from army as a Hawaldar demanded of the government to take action against the former official of Malakand whose collaboration with the Taliban resulted in beheading of his son along with three companions.

The family members of the martyred captain also claimed that they had come to know that actually Sufi Mohammad had directed the militants to kill the SSG commandos after his own son Kifiyatullah was killed during the operation.

Earlier, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Dr Babar Awan visited the village of Captain Najam. He went there on the direction of Prime Minister Yusuf Raza Gilani to lay flowers on his grave and offer condolences to his family.

Dr Awan himself belongs to Kahuta. The family of the martyred captain made some unusual demands to compensate the loss of their son. “Please ask your PM to set up a cadet college in Kahuta in the name of martyred Najam, set up a hospital and construct the road,” demanded his father, sisters and mother.

When Dr Awan asked whether they needed something for themselves, they all said, they did not need anything rather they had given their son for the sake of Pakistan.

A large crowd of people gathered when Dr Awan reached there in the remote village Kalhut-located at one and a half hours drive from Islamabad. Over 100 people of this small town demanded of the minister not to halt the operation against the militants and eliminate them.

Even the parents and sisters of the martyred captain gave their voice to this demand that operation should be continued and the sacrifice of their son should not be wasted. When Dr Awan returned to Islamabad late night, he immediately talked to the PM Gilani about the demand of the parents of the martyred captain and Gilani announced to approve the college in Kahuta, which might greatly make the whole family happy.

The family told the heroic tale of these four detained SSG commandos who had refused to die without putting any resistance, once they came to know that the NWFP government would not take any interest in their release.

The visit of the former official of Malakand to Taliban asking them just to return the weapons and keep the captives had made them understand what was in store. The only way left with these brave soldiers was to fight back and should not give up. As their captors got the message from their top leadership to eliminate the SSG commandos, the preparation started to tighten them with rope so they could be beheaded.

But as the captors came close to them in the room where they were detained, these commandos suddenly jumped at the eight Taliban. Within seconds, the commandos broke their necks. But two Taliban guards standing outside rushed inside and sprayed them with Kalashnikov bullets, which led to their instant martyrdom.

“We are proud of our commandos that they did not die like cowards. They fought back and killed 8 Taliban as they went down fighting like real heroes, one of the family members of the captain Najam said.

Re: Pakistani soldiers lay their life on the line [Split]

Now these men and their families are true Pakistanis. Willing to sacrifice whatever they hold dear for their nation. This is patriotism. This is the national feeling. Something you expats can learn. These are heroes.

To quote a biblical reference "A man of courage is also full of faith."

It is what that they will never RESIST Their GERNALS even for wrong doings , as in ARMY especially in Pakistan Army , the most succesfull HERO is the One who is MOST OBEDIENT.

It is the beauty of OUR LOWER RANK ARMY that they are VERY VERY SINSIOR and VERY VERY LOYAL to our PAK MOTHERLAND , We the PAKISTANIS do salute them.......... and they are the REAL MARTAYERS.

BUT............

What about the Generals ........... like MUSHARIF , His Spokesman Qureshi and like others , who started this game just for TO PROLONG THEIR ILLIGLE RULE on pakistan.

where will they go???? and some other today's generals ........ who on one hand says only 5000 millitants are hiding in SWAT but they are DISPLACING more than 20 lace of Innocent people, Using Tanks , Gunship Helicopters and Missiles.

Where will they be going???????????

THIS STUPID Millitary operations ONLY MEANS making More people our enimies, which in no way is good in favour of our HOLY LAND THE GREATER PAKISTAN.

BUT for DOLLARS , POUNDS and reverting MASS attention from the Lawlessness , price hike , corruption and getting SUPPORT OF world COMMANDER the big BOSS we repeat this at all COSTS.

Which needs POLICY MAKERS who will LIVE IN PAKISTAN FOR EVER , not those who will LOOK FOR POLITICAL ASSYLIM IN USA/Western Countries.

yes i totally agree with you that yes those army comandos are the heros of Pakistan but what about the traitors inside army and government. when will their time be finished and when people will get justice against their crimes?

thats the thing now

:(

Re: Pakistani soldiers lay their life on the line [Split]

so we must see all the facts and figures to understand situation

Watch out for these Talib supporters trying to badmouth Pak army.

MOST of the Pak generals, middle rank, and lower rank soldiers are LOYAL to Pakistan. In fact they are the MOST loyal.

Using one general’s name to malign all the officers is clearly the job of Indian-Hindus and Arab-Islamist-Lackeys.

Silaaj, thanks for posting. Our prayers are with the martyred soldiers.

Learn how to compose a post normally before telling Pakistanis what to do. We will kill and capture all taliban rats inshallah.

Actually the Posts THAT You like You have to tell us, I think we should not be here for that who is the winner in the Posts , but we should try to understand the matter seriousness.

Being Wazirastani I better understand what are the and what will be the Consequences of this and this type of Operations.

4 March 2006 whech George W bush was on visit to Pakistan , I was in Miranshah , those days , when Pervez Musharif was in full action against the Terrorism.

Aftab Ahmad Khan Sherpawo was briefing the Newsmen that about 613 of Terrosists are hiding in The Trible belt , as Bush Embarked in Islamabad , Operation started , Helicopters were flown , firing started and Thousands of people were running from their homes without having footwears, that sceen still prevails in my Eyes , i myself was in Miran shah , the Focal point of the operation.

But only 4 people were killed on that day in the evening i heared from BBC Urdu Service Pak Army Official who was anouncing that 80 Terrorist have been killed.

Now , come to SWAT , OUR Mr.10% President when meets to the Congress people and the President Obama , Operation Starts after smothening a very DECISIVE Background.

Sufi Muhammad was not that much Popular Person in Swat Vally , but he was given Top Priority In Swat and some Accord was signed with Him , he then gained bosted and YOU ARE AWARE , HE WAS TERMING PAKISTAN SUPREME NOT ACCEPTABLE TO HIM.

It was in fact GAME PLANNED BY OUR PRESENT REGIM........... AS ZARDARI HAD HINTED ABOUT THIS ACCORD.............. " Key Swat Agreement Eik Bundobasthee Agreement Hey" , and the Time Proved this.

I am not advocating Taliban , nor they should be named as Taliban , they Rebillions and Enimies of NOT ONLY PAKISTAN BUT ISLAM ALSO.
They should be irridicated , eliminated and flushed.

But the Question is ,

Is this the way we handling with them?.
If they are hiring people , Youngsters for suide attackes , fighting against our own forces , Cannot we BEING A STATE WITH LOYAL JAWANS , Break their Networks , Target Kill them , Ban their Funds and Resources.
See our Gov't Still did not TOLD the PUBLIC , WHO WERE THE ATTACKERS on Srilankan Team ?

I donot Believe that our DECISION MAKERS ARE SINCERE IN SOLVING THIS ISSUE.

AS THEN......................

We will be having no reason to ask the world for Help , Funds , Dollars.
Help for Strengthening Our Forces , Training them , etc.

Re: Pakistani soldiers lay their life on the line [Split]

Your posts are disjointed and all over the place. I don't even know what your point is. And what's a Waziristani? Do you mean Wazir or Waziri?
