agree, but from Faiz saheb’s time to this period, there have been some positive changes as to economic sides of arts. Now artists specially related to performing arts earn more as compared to past, but the overall attitude of society towards artists is same ’ 2 number log’ as Ali pointed in his post. Our society respects corrupt politicians and bureaucrats, but doesn’t seem to accommodate artists.
