What should we do with regards to the crisis in Chechnya where our brothers are being brutalized by the Russian reigeme, and stand alone with no muyslim nation man enough to raise its voice?
Pakistan should at least recognize Chechnya as a nation and bully other muslim states into following suit. Chechnya is an issue of pride for us and we should help our brothers with whatever we can. I have read that some Pakistani and Iranians go and volunteer their services, but a few ppl is nothing. OIC should speak up on the issue and perhaps we need to , as an Ummah, raise a small Army, much like the UN. An OIC military force, which would recat to the requrements of muslims across the globe.
mo_best, I completely agree...we muslims should all band together and help out Chechniya financially and w/ manpower. Our poor Brothers and Sisters in that region of the world (as well as Kashmir, Palestine, etc...) are suffering tremendously at the hands of those who want to wipe out Islam by committing mass genocide...quite horrific, no?! Damn it...muslims of today are so weak!!! I'm living in an era in which muslims are so cowardly and weak...wish they woke up fast!!!
as if Pakistan is not already in enough troubles of its own....before saving Chechen muslim, please lets save our sunni/shia brothers from sectarian violence. Lets provide clean drinking water to 58 million Pakistanis and other basic amenities of life.
