Ahde Hazir or Mazi kay Pakistani Shaura
Hello people, I would like to prepare a list of all the Pakistani poets. I guess 50 years is not a long time and so we can add all those who started writing after the independence and also add to the list the names of the contemporary poets.

Thanks ShowSha for pointing that out. I never knew it, I guess because people quote him so often that it almost seemed as if he is from Pakistan. Shukria again.
From this list of poets, we 'll pick up another one and declare him/her the poet of the month so that all the members can post their favourite pieces from the works of that particular poet. It would be on the lines of the thread that was opened on Parveen Shakir's poetry.
