it also proves how democratic is our democracy and parliament they can do whatever that suit them legal or illegal doesnt matter to them cause they can make law just or unjust!

The PPP is still very much part of this parliament, even though other opposition parties have long quite. It is obviously hoping to help the govt with a 2/3 majoriity to pass a constitutional amendement that has goodies for BB as well.
