Are the teams in our domestic cricket so unbalanced?
it sounds more like a galli mohalla cricket match, with the following rules;

  1. Ghar main jaiey tu out
  2. Peechay ka run nahi hay
  3. Saamnay wali deewar pay lagay tu chowka

I don't think you really understood the match. Although the Pakistan domestic structure is outdated, this match is not a symbol of that. Rather it is more of a better batting display from WAPDA. Also, Rafatullah is an afghan who apparently has pakistani citizenship. He most recently was barred from the ICC WC qualifiying rounds as part of the Afghan team.
Also, If you look at the scores, both teams batted well. Only thing, seems like Sui gas team did not a good bowling attack since they were not able to take wickets while the WAPDA team bowled Sui out for 466 on the same pitch.

What totally obnoxious score? Are you forgetting that India just scored 700+ runs in a TEST match against Sri Lanka? The bowling must've been pathetic with such third-rate bowlers as Muralitharan in Sri Lankan lineup!
