Do NICOP card have an expiry date? Most people don't go to Pakistan for a long long time so each time you go say every 10 years then you will have to re apply for it?

well this normal with any ID card internationally, every 10 year one has to have a new photograph for the id as your face changes in 10 years time. this is standard practice in all photo id's across the world.

Legally, say legally you are not entitled for any NICOP or POC. It does not matter your mother has it or father has Passport. You are not a proper registered Pakistani and you do not have a personal number in NADRA hence, legally, say legally, you can not apply. However I would not be surprised if tomorrow someone tells me you had got.
