The Bill of Rights, ie the first ten amendments to the US constitution were introduced in 1789. They didn't amend yesterday.

Dear! I am not a student of History. At that time internet and other technologies had not been evolved or so popular. My point is they change everything according the modern era, why cannot they amend further?

And no they do not change everything according to the modern era. They might adapt laws to current technological standards but those have to be within the framework of the Constitution. To Americans the Constitution is almost as important as the Glorious Quran is to us.
So if someone asks me to adapt parts of the Quran according to the modern era I would find that unacceptable. Similarly I do not expect them to adapt their Constitution.

First of all I am not American, therefore I am not in a position to accept anything on behalf of Americans.
And secondly: Freedom of speech allows Muslims in the US to practice their religion freely, open Islamic schools, Masjids and Community centers all over the country and to make Tabligh and Daawah. Yes, Freedom of speech also allowed that idiot and his nutjob friends to produce that movie. I don't agree with the fact they did, but it has happened.
But then it was not Youtube, it was not Google, it was not Americans who gave the movie more attention than it deserved by promoting it. That promotion was done be our rioting brothers and sisters. And that's EXACTLY what the producer of the movie wanted. These riots provide him with a steady income now. Had those riots not taken place, nobody (including you and me) would have even known about this movie, nobody would have had any interest in watching it and nobody would have followed it up with additional cartoons to incite even more anger in the Muslim world. In fact even those people who have seen the trailer (I haven't and I won't) say that it's a complete piece of crap that they wouldn't have bothered to watch if it wasn't for the attention it was getting all over the world.

I can understand that you know our govt in not truly democratic that is why you suggest us only govt should do this :p On the serious note, if govt is truly democratic and majority of people want to remove those temples, govt would have no object to remove those temples.
Islam allows people of other faiths to carry on with their religious obligations, hence even if one person of the minority lives there and uses that place of worship the government shouldnt demolish it. Before going ahead with such a thing we should think for a second how we feel when our places of worships are demolished by non muslims.

we dont own millitants. In my personal opinon if Muslims own a country and don’t want such temple there in the country they can remove those temples without humiliating.

That was a supposition, I don’t think Muslims of Pakistan would ask for that. I am not for LEJ or Taliban, I am talking about what majority want it can be done, that is what happening in this world and same goes with democracy, war of Iraq, war of Afghanistan, world business affairs etc.

^ Why have the pharoes been preserved? Should the muslims of Egypt destroy them? These idols whom the taleban destroyed were in the region for thousands of years, our historical heritage, the route saw many many invasions (including those of mongols, chinese, afghans & turks) and no one touched them...there was a difference in the idols of Makkah and the ones in Swat valley...but some one came along and decided to cleanse the country from them...I dont think by doing these things we are serving ourselves or our religion...

100% agreed. My feelings have also been hurt. But I chose not to support that idiot who made the movie by participating in protests. Instead I choose to follow the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad 
and react in a constructive manner.

Islamic invaders demolished Hindu temples but not those of in Swat, which is another story. One thing tell me, anyone is serving country or religion in Pakistan?

^ Not islamic invaders, that was Ghaznavi in particular. Muhammad Bin Qasim invaded Sindh and Multan, at that time there used to be a big temple called Sun Temple in Multan and he didnt touch that. There was a difference in the arab invader and the hoards coming from the North, because most of them had some Mongol blood in them.

For example existance of such temples cause the new generation’s Imaan fade or damage Imaan by any mean. Again I accept it should not be the case but, there is a hell of difference between removing a temple without ridiculing the image and ...ing our most respectful religious personality.

you dont like it , dont watch it. simple as that. I have watched real mainstream pakistani movies which make direct mockery of other religions. not only in movies but also on TV. I have never seen you burning a bus when aleem online declares a sect of islam as wazib-ul-cattle. Why dont you set example of the stuff you are preaching others.
