That to me is the image of dignity of hard work and self respect ..
Problem is how many these dignified people have benifited from last few years so called economic development.. vast majority of these have not seen their incomes going up but have witnessed basic commodity prices going steeply upwards.. have seen no improvement in social justice, law & order etc.
There may be some who dont like to retire but there are many who have no alternatives.. especially older women..
