In these times of recession, USA and other western countries cannot afford the friendship of India and Pakistan, they need to sell all the arms and war-fixtures they have and that is in big quantities, so they have to have these kind of reports and elements to sabotage any peace process...
The thing is if the leadership is self-centered and stupid, then they will always fell for this kind of attitude and will never solve the problems of the common man, the commission, kick-backs and base-less slogans and war like situation is the only thing these leaders can do...
