It's bad to just bring children in the world and not educate them, not fulfil their basic needs. It's bad to bring children in the world, just for the sake of it. The stupid mad bull. All he needs to do is have sex and that's it. No worries, having sex is easy but being a father isn't. That also a responsible one.
