There are hundred communities living in surrounding arae, where this story belongs. Mostly, Baloch tribes … Kalmati, Jokhiyo, etc. The area is called Kohistan, though the connected area of Thatta and Badin is called LaaR. I’ll look into a book namely ‘Kohistan jo safar’. That may have a link to this Qastaan.
