No few people have practiced Martial Law… and believe me it’s a bit over-rated though i can see why it is usefull.
Pakistan has deterioirated under so called democracy so lets not blame Martial Law for everything… we have yet to practice that as a nation… the Army has good practice but if they get thier own medicine on them they might understand
