Anyway since you all mentioned Britain as being backward your having a laugh! Yes I agree Britain is not perfect 100% and has issues, but there not what some people make them out to be.
Yes we pay tax like any other country but this is what you get in one way or another:-
Free Healthcare 24/7 Free Education Nursery, Primary, Secondary, College, University (Grants and Funds available) Almost every job application if not all have equality questionnaire to monitor diversity and fairness. Diversity approx 500k per year migrants coming to the UK to seek a better life. Fully established government system free from corruption Secure from foreign invasion British roads are one of the best in the world Technology is advance just behind Japan/South Korea and USA.

otherwise the whole class definition changes. Please correct your basic knowledge of Britain, if you are British.
Britain's "Class-act - 1991" considers all citizen not born in Britain considered as "2nd Class Citizens"
Controversy exists for the Britain born to expatriate family although born in Britain but still has a thin line between these 2 definition - Considered as non discreminatory descrimination. This is a Hush-Hush issue among expatriates because it's embarrasing.
If you realy need to understand divercification in its true form then refer to "Canada's Charter of Rights" which are truely implemented in its full glory, hence all citizens are considered as EQUAL.
