So I just walk up to their office & tell them I need an iD card?
They dont ask me anything at all?
Just make a new card?
What if I have nothing on me as proof of who I am except my birth certificate? No passports no drivers license no proof at all as to who I am?

you give them your id card number......then proceed as if you are there to make id card for the first time........and they DO have your ID details in database.....from where they will confirm your finger prints,photo and other details too......

then you take matric certificate/birth cetificate/B-form.......... i don't know wat the current procedure is........

B-form is most essential document i think.......not sure

If you hve lost your id, you should definately report it at the earliest possible. They should have the instructions for the same on their website, or you can call their helpline to chk what is needed to be done for it.

B-Form is 'Family Registration Form'. NADRA issue now CRC 'Computerized Registration Certificate' instead of B-Form as MNIC and B-Form is no longer valid since 2001.

LP! you need to provide copy of ID. If not than you must provide your MNIC number. If not than you may provide copy of your passport on which your MNIC or CNIC number is written.

the wrong kind of person finds it, he can use your NIC for committing fraud with other people and you will be liable for all that.

^ even if you have reported to the police ?? the person concern is out of pakistan now and had lost it with money on the last day before leaving, so nadra part will take some time ..
