Re: Pakistani Hindus
i’ve never met any pakistani hindu, much less a balochi/pashtun hindu…however, i was suprised to find out that the Kapoor family (Indian film industry) is originally of Pashtun origin. Prithviraj Kapoor was a “Hindu Pathan” whose family was settled in Kabul and Peshawar. of course, he and most other hindu pathans moved to India at the earlier part of the century.
i wonder about the Brahui-speaking people of Baluchistan. the language is dravidian, so i wonder if there is any higher than average representation of Hindus in this community. of course probablity would suggest that they are muslims.
