About Pakistani Food, I had a memorable experience in Bahrain. I walked into a restaurant thinking it was an Indian one but while sitting found that it was Pakistani. Was a bit skeptical (being my first in a Pakistani restaurant), but ordered Murg Musallam anyway. Man was it delicious! The masala had loads of Hara dhania (coriander). I haven’t tasted anything similar in India.
