From what I can tell his father did produce two hit movies.
. Lakhon Mein Ek → Pakistan Film Database by Pakistan Film Magazine, mazhar.dk , Pakistani films in 1967
. Naag Munni → Pakistan Film Database by Pakistan Film Magazine, mazhar.dk , Pakistani films in 1972
Asif Raza Mir Filmography: Pakistani film heroes in the 70’s
Any other film that he has acted in would not belong to him but if he wants to help obtain the prints to Badaltay Mausam, Playboy, etc. it would be worth a try.
BTW just an opinion a lot of actors are vain. Perhaps it comes with the ego boosts they get as part of their profession

Sadaf has released hundreds of Pakistani movies on DVD. They may have the original prints with them.

^^ yes saw many great pakistani movie dvds at sadaf cd/dvd center like humanyun gujjar, dada badmash, wahshi haseena, kala gujjar, haseena atom bomb etc etc.......

For great pakistani movies as mentioned above, kachra print is their best print, other movies like bol, kkl have fine prints.....
