Umm...on the grounds of equity and equality. I'm also assuming that women can do the same job males can in the same environment...ie flying a plane? Unless ofcourse you have some secret knowledge suggesting that they aren't metally capable of flying a plane. From what i know, most if not all first world countries have female pilots.
