I’m going to pakistan next week insha allah, just wanted to know what is in for guys in terms of pakistani fashion?
I’m looking for smart looking casual shalwar kurta/kameez, something trendy for wedding occasions e.g. sherwani style suits or shalwar kameez and something for eid’s that i could bring back with me?

I'll try to dig up some pictures when I browse the fashion sites - try the links that are on that sticky...Visage has some stuff for men.
Typically what I'm seeing in fashion is Khaddi suits, embroidery on plain cotton (which can get very ornate), and then various silky materials being used for kurta shalwaars.
And for sherwanis - the black ones are in fashion, although I did see some in white, which looked nice.
I'm sorry, there's not much creativity being instilled in male desi fashion. I always prefer a nice western suit-tie ensemble for weddings though.
Asain woman magazine usually has some pretty decent pictures of mens fashion, not to mention the men wearing the clothes.

Im sure theres a magazine for mens fashion in the UK, i cnat remember where i saw it though...
personally, theres nothing more appealing than a man wearing decent Shalwar Kameez.

CM if you are going to Pakistan then that's the place to find out what is really in! Once you visit the shops u'll know exactly what is in and what is out.
Yeah, ur right. I thought it would have been an idea just to get know of whats in and whats not.
