There is APPNA for doctors. I have not heard of any nationwide association for pakistani engineers, executives etc. Is there one? and if not how about starting a gross roots move to make one.

Have you heard of APSENA (Association of Pakistani Scientists & Engineers of North America). They have been in a passive kind of existence since 14 years, but last year they had their first big seminar in Washington DC which I believe was very well attended. They also have a web page
(check out APSENA) for more details. They encourage professionals in fields other than Engineering and Science also to join.The new executive board are much more aggressive, and desparately need support to revive the dormant association.
