For some reason, for the past few days, I’ve really wanted to watch some good pakistani dramas. I like the funnier ones much more than the serious ones. Some of my past favorites have been the classics like:
- TanhaaNiyyaaN
- Ankahi
- Aangan TeDha
- Dhoop Kinare
- Sunehre Din
- Sona Chaandi
- Kachua aur Khargosh
Does anyone know of some newer ones like these? Funny and intelligently written? I just miss the classic urdu dialogues that are so well written, like:
“Sagheer se le kar barre sagheer tak aisa harmooonium mila to jo chor ki saza woh meri saza”
and
“miaN nannay!”
