Rightly so. Mr Jinah didn’t use caps from different parts forming Pakistan, so this cap couldn’t gain popularity in any culture. Its so official to wear Jinah Cap.
Otherwise, wearing Cap is not common these days in most of the cultures as it used to be 6-7 decades back.

oh yeah…my grandfather and one or two other relatives used to wear it, but that was maybe due to Quaid..otherwise it never became popular here.

Because, he wanted to invade Kashmir with his huqqa.
aap ko kiya aitraz hai unki Turkish topi pe. Even normal white topi we use in masjid is inspired from Parsis (that is Iran).
