Would be interesting to discuss this in another thread, possibly with a poll to see what people define as rape.. and whether the victim and/or aggressor being drunk changes things..

I agree with that. From nowhere in the detail it can be assumed that it was a marital rape. Even an act of sex is not highlighted or mentioned so anyone reciting the neverending poem of rape here is just out of topic.
