Pakistani-American to participate in 'Mrs World 2007' contest

Re: Pakistani-American to participate in 'Mrs World 2007' contest

hey man as long as there is an open nationwide contest to find the best person to represent the country in an international contest, then I dont have an issue whether someone competes in miss world, mrs world, miss nude or whatever.

Re: Pakistani-American to participate in ‘Mrs World 2007’ contest

I thought Ms/Mrs World is not only about beauty .. other things taken into consideration too.. who knows she might have other talents, which I didnt read about :konfused:

Re: Pakistani-American to participate in 'Mrs World 2007' contest

It seems to be a cycle. Back in the 70's, there was apparently a pagent organized by "feminists" in Pakistan, bikini and all...during the 80's...that would never happen, and a dress code was in effect (more or less). Then in the 1990's...dress slowly started to come off again...and even more so now...who knows what will happen in the future...could go Turkey like...could go Iran like...

Re: Pakistani-American to participate in ‘Mrs World 2007’ contest

You forgot to mention rule 10…:tubelight:

Re: Pakistani-American to participate in 'Mrs World 2007' contest

...I think I did call her a skank...or somehting like that...no real hoopla...

Re: Pakistani-American to participate in ‘Mrs World 2007’ contest

I got the following pic from the pageant section. Not sure if any of you can see what’s wrong with it, but this just demonstrates the ludicrousy of letting these average women from competing in professonal beauty competitions with “Pakistan” wrapped around them. 1) They’re both the same colour (in fact the Paki one might be slightly darker), whereas Pakis are easily more than a shade lighter than Indians. 2) The “Indian” one has more pointy Caucasian features, and the Paki one looks the more Dravidian of the two, in reality, it’s the other way round on average!! Quite frankly, not good representatives of either country. At least if Pakis are going to compete, find the best gals for it, and find some that don’t look like they’re Indian. Can’t get over that pic, lol, the “Indian” gal representing 0.01% of upper castes in the NorthWest, hardly “India”.

Re: Pakistani-American to participate in 'Mrs World 2007' contest

roadrunner, can you please post a pic of yourself

i am really curious to see what u look like

and that pakistani girl is ugly

thats why we need pro's to compete in these competitions like our models

Re: Pakistani-American to participate in 'Mrs World 2007' contest

lol, save the curiosity. I look human my friend.

Re: Pakistani-American to participate in 'Mrs World 2007' contest

well then its settled. roadrunner is no Martian. :D. Then why do you bring ethnicity in every post you make.

Re: Pakistani-American to participate in 'Mrs World 2007' contest

Hobby of mine. and I dont bring it into every post. Only the posts where things like facial features or Pakistani history is involved. Quite relevant.

Re: Pakistani-American to participate in ‘Mrs World 2007’ contest

I hate to agree with you but it really does look the other way around, the “Indian” looks more Pakistani and the “Pakistani” looks more indian.

Re: Pakistani-American to participate in ‘Mrs World 2007’ contest

If you think abt it, most of the beauty queens who do NOT represent the majority of hte population hail from third world countries, for example, India and many of hte South American/Latin American countries. Believe me, of the Hispanic women I see all the time (I been to Mexico and lived in mini-PR for 20 years:hoonh: ), maybe 1% actually resemble the Latina actresses/models.

I think the majority of beauty queens who actually do resemble the real population are the Albanian/Bosnian/balkan etc followed by Arab/Middle-Eastern girls.

Re: Pakistani-American to participate in 'Mrs World 2007' contest

No need to hate to agree, just agree :D
