Pakistan has seized the initiative. Now that the LOC is being opened for Kashmiri’s to cross through, it will be hard to close again. This will mark the beginning of the end for the LOC.

i find it quite difficult to believe that india would accept without logistically and strategically looking at everything! but n e wayz it is a good sign!
