Re: Pakistan vs Windies - 1987-1988
In The final Test of the 1988 series in the West Indies was badly marred by the umpiring, where the umpires even admitted later that they were fearful of the crowd, which resulted in Qadir's LBW appeals being rejected. Reportedly the West Indian bowlers were chronically over-stepping by a long way, which at their pace made a difference to the batsmen. The umpires caught some of these no-balls, but not all of them. I believe this may be the Test that has the record for the most extras in an innings.
