Finally we can look forward to some cricket. 5 days, 3 ODI games, so it is going to be quick.
SL time arrived in Karachi on Sunday and Uncle Butt was there to greet them at the airport, however good gesture. SL had a tough time in BD and almost lost the Tri-series final against BD before Murali decided to show his magic with his bat.
Pakistan on the other hand is obviously short of match practice in terms of international games however most of the players have featured in the Quaid-e-Azam trophy matches. Shoaib has looked impressive and really hoping to see a fit shoaib in this series.

No news yet about the broadcaster for the series here in North America. Looks like either it is going to be a last minute decision just like what we saw with Pakistan Windies series and other series with BD/Zim earlier in 2008 OR we may have to watch it online :bummer:

I really hope since Amin is selected...he actually gets a game. There's a lot of hype about him so I hope we finally get to see if any of it is true...and if he was actually worth to be picked ahead of the more deserving Nasir Jamshed.
^ If I am not mistaken Shoaib is fit but will be a doubtful starter since Shoaib Malik has mentioned that the management will decide on the final 11 after taking a look at the wicket on Tuesday. It is possible that Shoaib might not be a part of the final 11 eventhough he is fit.
