Yep…They fought to get here despite having lousy bowling options and very young middle order

but hafeez selection of Tanvir today and some other decisions are to be reviewed by him.
He is definitely not as smart as he thinks he is.

i fail to understand y is he time and again made to bat so low down. .all the pakistan matches i've seen, he's the only one batting lyk he wants to win. .that's sad how a talent is being wasted. .

of course he played a brilliant and responsible innings. No one should blame him plus 4 maiden overs and 5 wickets, how can he be at fault. now start bringing in the world cup semi final and the match played by Pakistan in 1948 to justify this moron.

Selection based on affections will always produce chance wins..not consistency…

It’s a game.

Hota hai.

A lot can be said but no point at the moment.

SL played a better game on a ‘dead’ pitch. Good on them.

We tried, but didn’t make it. We could have tried better, sure.

Hope we become a more united front because some of the team players seemed demoralized to me .. I hope at least we take that takeaway.

Personally I had some great moments in the tournament, and some very bad ones. But personally learned from them so it’s all good. So thanks to the Team. Pakistan Zindabad :hula:

They were probably the better team on the day

Pakistan tried hard but fell short.... hota hai!! As the tournament progressed, one expected the pitches to get slower and the scores to be lower. 140+/- is a defendable total on these pitches if you have decent spinners in your side. Australia struggled against us the other day and it was sadly our turn today. Lankan spinners never allowed us to get ahead of the RRR. Considering it was a low scoring game, Gul's last over was very expensive. Afridi should probably retire now

Pakistan has been the most consistent team in World T20 tournaments. Two finals, champions once, and two semifinals is a great record.
