You can put that down to some strange field placing so far. One boundary was a possible catch down the legside which Rashid couldn't make, and one flew through a vacant 2nd slip area. I would have thought that with the new ball it was worth having a 2nd slip, especially as most of Guls wickets are caught behind.
In the over before he was edged for a boundary where 3rd man should have been so he's not getting much luck.
