Yeah…probably M.Nazar was a distant second :slight_smile: But who can forget Gavaskar’s 36 runs that he scored after batting through 50 overs in the Prudential World Cup ? That has to be the slowest innings in an ODI ever…

Sometimes…but don’t forget his “Champion of Champions” performance in Australia :slight_smile:

We used to call Mudassar Nazar , Mudassar Tuk Tuk (tuk tuk being stopping every single ball SOLIDLY including no balls ) :smiley:

From the opponents viewpoint, I remember M.Nazar as the bowler who was brought in to break a solidly set batting partnership. And more often that not, he was successful :slight_smile:

India used Mohinder Amarnath for the same purpose…
