unprofessional display from the "best" bowling side in the world. saqlain was definately missed.
don't ever expect to win after dropping tendi twice and gifting extras. minnows like holland show more discipline in their bowling.

No complaints from me, the best team won on the day. Sachin was the difference, on a beauty of a batting track like that one you got to hope he gets out before he does too much damage. India have a good side now and Yuvraj looks like a star. Good luck to them in the rest of the tournament.
Pakistan had a decent go but the truth is this side is about 4 years past it's peak and good though Waqar and Wasim are, they can't go through sides like they used to any more.
I am not that disappointed. Sure, I will have to take the nasty abuse from all the Indians I know, but I still think that it was a really gusty performance from Pakistan. Their batting finally clicked, but the bowlers really let the team down. Shoaib is not a match winner nor is he consistent. Good to see Saeed score a century and that master blaster Sachin. Well, what can I say. A truly genius!! All in all a cracker of a match. Congrats to India and well done Pak..
Just my opinion but I don't think Saqi would have troubled the Indian batsmen too much. The 'doosra' has pretty much been worked out now and it's not like they don't get enough practice against it with Harbajhan in their squad.
Sad but defintly the better team won.
Their bowling, batting and fielding were superb but at the end of the day the difference between the 2 teams was Tendulkar, he has proved all of us wrong by winning this match for his country, he is a match winner.
I don't think our team did anything wrong today, we finally batted well thanks to a great century from Saeed Anwar. And the bowling was that bad either, they just simply outclassed us.
I still though Pakistan would had a chance if we had posted 300 runs, because the batting from Younis Khan and Rashid Latif in the last 10 overs was very weak.
But the start that Sachin and Sehwag gave to India was amazing, and it was very hard to comeback.
This is probably the best inning I have ever seen a batsman play, defintly India can win the WC if they keep performing like this.
I didn't see why people booed Waqar Younis, I really felt sorry for him, he did his best in the field, the opposition was just too good.
So Pakistan have a slight chance of going to super 6.
They have to beat Zimbabwe by a huge margin and Australia also has to beat England by another huge margin.
But thumbs up Tendulkar, he was the best!
This Pakistani isn't like how they used to be, the firepower is gone, they are no where like they used to be.
I guess after the WC, it will be more of a build up for the Pakistani team, too look for better fast bowlers and better batsman.
