I tell you, you have to be one of the world's cricketing genuises to play a shot like that, especially when the chips are down. No wonder Sachin is refered and labeled as such. If there is one man who can stand tall and maintain his overall confidence in amidst of superb bowling spells, it is the man in front of your TV (or in this case, computer) screens.

I have been saying it all along, but i have a feeling many more people are going to agree now than did before. Mohd Sami had been blocking many good young fast bowlers from getting a chance for selection. I dont agree that he was unfortunate, he was a 'sprayer' with Shoaib-like speed, and our infatuation with extreme pace in the last few years helped him keep his spot in the team. Even when he got lots of quick wickets (like those near hat-tricks in New Zealand), those were mere abberrations and he never really felt threatening to any batting line-up.
