I personally think everybody should rotate the job, take turns etc. If the world's best bowler Glenn D McGrath can carry water bottles, to Ganguly konsay khait ki mooli haiy??

and yes no result,just bat out day 5 as well no point even trying to get them out,wont happen.Just play the day out and make them bowl and stay out in the heat.
Karachi i hope is a better wicket and a result or atleast a chance of a result.But if Inzi is out of the last match then another flat wicket might be waiting both sides at the National Stadium.

When pakistan played india in india, i remember some of the indian players would say "oi salay" when pakistanis were batting, esp when they missed the ball. Noone says anything abt this typical indian behaviour.
