You are right, but even the enclosures that are partly filled include school girls, glued to their seats singing "Jeevay, Jeevay, Jeevay Pakistan......Pakistan Pakistan Jeevay Pakistan". I wish the effect would have been much stronger that what I had hoped to be, but nevertheless, here is Mohammad Yousuf instead of Afridi, once again. Well, talk about being 'extra' defensive.

It was an outside edge. Both bowlers have been bowling extremely well this morning, and swinging the ball very heavily outside the off-stump. Even at one point, (Arul Lal was it?) pointed out that the shinier side was on the inner side (left-hand side) so the natural outcome would have been a ball that should be coming into the right-hander, but the ball managed to do just the opposite (Waqar pointed out the latter part), and beat Kami's bat.

True. No doubt about it, but I would really like for the scoreboard to "tick", as in "Afridi tick". There is a "Zameen Aasman" difference between Yousuf ticking the scoreboard over, and Afridi performing on his day-job. One can hope for a Pakistan win (as I am doing right now), but with the strategy that we have been currently experiencing, an outcome is very much doubted.

Kumble dropped Youhana at gully. It was almost a similar delivery which saw Akmal back in the pavilion. One should really take these chances. It was not a difficult catch, and should have been taken.
