Well IMO, it seems that he is getting his basics wrong as a captain. A captain must make a plan off the field and then change according to the need of the hour. Waqar on the other hand comes without a plan, makes one up and then sticks to it rigidly.
I mean just look at how he's shuffling his bowlers. You're supposed to get wickets and dry runs, this is not an exclusive relationship. Bowl Shoaib for 2 here, three there, and one there. Bowl Wasim for so many there, and so many here. Same thing with Saqi, he scattered his overs too. Saqi got him the breakthrough that he was looking for and still he unerbowled him. Now a bench warmer like Collingwood is getting a 50 against Pakistan.
If Pakistan lose today's match, Waqar will have cost us the World Cup.
Why does everyone look so tired. We've got to bowl them out today. We have bowled two additional overs in extras today, and if we get penalized with two overs for slow over rate, we'll actually get to play four fewer overs!!!

Yaar why always blame Waqar? Has he bowled all 50 overs today that he can be blamed for England scoring late runs ?
There has been an interesting pattern in Pakistans bowling line up... They start of really well, and in the end, something happens to them, and they give away too many runs, and most of it is scored by mediocre batsmen. This ultimately puts undue pressure on our already magnificent batting line up!!! This needs to be checked, be it bad captiancy or bad bowling...
