well thats going to be most helpful if they can use tech. to check for clean catches and nicks (in case of bat n pad and also for lbw decisions) ... i wonder y they don't give these rights

Don't worry guys Arshad Khan was selected for precisely this situation. He'll run through this England batting line up like a hot knife through butter. Such brilliance has to be conserved, which is why he is used very sparingly as super sub.
