which is true. Magar in this case he only forgot to let the umpires know .. and that happens when you’re making the decisions for field setup etc.

apache i wouldnt really say he is useless on flat pitches because we have the same in india and he was really good in india however he has not been good against england

Its basically about field restrictions, it depents on the fielding captain when he wants to opt, the 1st power play is compulsary for the 1st 10 overs, but the 2nd and 3rd power play which are 5 overs each can be opted by the fielding captain when he deems fit or necessary.

anwar qureshi i will tell you how powerplay is being applied first ten overs are powerplay no mater what during that time there is no rule while the second powerplay of five overs and third powerplay of again 5 overs depends on the captain when he wants to use it depends on the situation
