Well, this is not the first time 3rd umpire has given a wrong decision, if it was wrong. It has happened before. Just because he is Pakistani umpire doesn't mean us par charhai kar di jay.

what does the rules exactly say ???
To effect a run out or Out at all
- atleast 1 bail needs to dislodged ??
- atleast one wicket needs to be moved (without dislodging the bail) ???
Is it right that Waqar once hit the middle stump without dislodging any of the bails ????

Exactly, I think the 3rd umpire decision was based on when the ball hit the stump bails were not off and at that time the bat was just on the line and in the next shot of the video footage it shows the bails came off but than the bat was over the line at that time.

People's champ why do you think, it was a clear run out ? Did you see any frame where the bails were off and Salman was short ? I didn't and I had my nose to the screen. The stumps had clearly moved but the bails hadn't come off.
It was a good decision.
