I think it wasn’t as clear of a run out as Ramiz and the English commentator are making it to be. The cleanest view was side on from square leg position. There was one frame, where Jones had clearly moved the stumps but the bails were not dislodged (at least not visibly, you can extrapolate that if the stumps move, so the bails should come off but still..). The next frame, stumps were shattered but Salman was in.

The benefit of doubt should always go to batsman in such cases.
