Decision to send Shoaib Malik is the first major move by Bob Woolmer. I have no idea about the reasons behind it though. Maybe because Youhana has repeatedly stated that he is never comfortable playing at this position. But oh well lets see how well it pays off.

I know bhai! But that was when our opening was constantly in trouble which is not the case anymore. Not to that extent atleast. We usually get a start of 50-odd these days. Malik used to come in basically to take the shinee off the ball..
