That's hilarious. How hard can it be to press the appropriate button.

because Nadeem Ghauri is a moron :D

Chandana bowled by Afridi

SL 196-7 (45.1 overs)

Shahid Afridi bowls a wide quicker one and Younis bechara had no chance :hehe:

pakistan right on target,.....

Is this a difficult pitch ? what are the commentators saying ?
From SL's innings, doesn't look like that batting has been easy.

the way SL started their onslaught, looks like a good batting wicket to me...what i can make up is that the excellent bowling of pakistan has made this poosible,,,now it will be up to zoysa and vaas to do the same...

The wicket is slow. They say when the ball is new it is easy to score but as the ball goes soft it is a slowish pitch and will be difficult to score. considering Sri Lanka has spinners I thik 230 will be a verygood score...for Pakistan batting

sami bowled mahroof out with a perfect yorker...

222/8...

lucky for akhter to get a wicket of the otherwise wide delivery...

232/9 in 50....

That's my prediction of course.

Ok ...I was off by 1 run.

233 looks like a very difficult score....

lets see....

SL finish with 232-9 off 50 overs

Lankans could only muster 56 runs in last 10 overs. Shoaib had a horrid day. Sami was subdued and effective but stars were once again Malik and Afridi, specially Malik who took three crucial ones in the middle of the innings. Over all a good performance

Conditions are so hot and humid and wicket is a bit on the slower side. But 232 should be managable, specially with a stronger batting line up today.

really...does the inclusion of younis khan makes us a stronger batting lineup??

well, it will all depend on the first 20 overs...hameed and butt will have to do a better job today by getting 100+ runs in the first 25 overs (and not losing more than 2 wickets)...the rest can be taken care of by the "stronger" middle order and the late fire-power...

Yes, considering the form Moin was in recently, his includion does strengthen the batting line up.

not really, its is a gd pitch 2 bat on still despite the fact that its slow due to rain in the last few dayz. ranjit fernando thinks its a gd total, i dont think so. all they hv to do so is patient n there is no reason y we cant win this match. this is home conditions, we play on these kinda pitches all the time. if we cant beat a sri lankan attack on these pitches, God knows wat will happen when we go down under!

Pakistan are about to start their innings, need 233 runs to win
this game
The umpires and players are in the middle
Yasir Hameed and Salman Butt are the openers for Pakistan

Yasir hameed is off the mark in the series after two ducks previuosly.

Yasir Hameed displaying a much better footwork after the disaster of the previous two ODI's.
