On replay it is clar that Kumble was running in front of Afridi. Younis should have seen it a little earlier than he did.

Everyone, please calm down. It wasn't Afridi's fault, and neither it was Younis's. It was very unfortunate, and that is all there is to it.
As much as a tragic loss such as this, we must move on. We still have quite a long way to go, especially if Afridi is at the crease.
