Flintoff is out for the whole series against Pakistan, ODI's included.

It's good because an injur struck Pakistan can better compete with a Flintoff-less England team, but at the same time, this would dilute the credibility of our wins (if any) against England. IF we do win, we'll have the English media complaining that the only reason they lost was because they were missing Flintoff :(

No worry, its the RECORD that counts. Pakistan failed to win a series a couple of time in Windies before finalyl doing it on its last tour, only coz of substandard umpiring but no one remembers that, but us :) ! People only remember that Pakistan has not won a series for such and such time period. :D

If Butt does not score against this mediocre bowlers, He is criticized. If he does score against them he is criticised.

I am happy both Butt and Imran Farhat got to spend some time in the middle which was much needed. Specially Butt who is short on confidence, not talent.

Assalam O Aalaikom brothers and sisters,

How is everybody? That's what I was expecting that why can not we have both Salman Butt and Imran Farhat being as an opener and sticking with them. They can learn from their mistakes automatically and improve their game and thus our team will not be complicated among openers.
