home fans cheering for home team is perfectly fine and understandable but what I find unsporting behaviour is the stunned silence of indian fans whenever a Pak batsman hits a 4 or 6 or bowler takes a wicket. There is absolutely no appreciation or applause from the crowd

Absolutely, I was out of the room when my son shouted and there was no noise coming from the TV and I knew that a Pakistani player had hit a 4 or 6. The most unsporting crowd I have witnessed.
