i have a question that has been bothering me and lemme see who can answer.
the question is:
since Shoaib Malik was a match winner in the last match, why wasn't he sent up in the batting order?
...like he should have been sent in place of Afridi. he may have been able to do something for Pak.
NOP..he was sent sent at right time..malik is not a big hitter from go..he takes a bit of time..that is why i want him in ODIs..he can play big innings once he is set
so today he was sent at the right place....afridi scored quick 11...malik wud have struggled doing that

guys how was the crowd....
yeah, the crowd was well behaved except that they were too noisy...lol
Mosharraf Zaidi @mosharrafzaidi](https://twitter.com/mosharrafzaidi) And after that disgraceful show by the people of Ahmedabad, Hafeez still has the decency to acknowledge them. What a captain!
looks like hafeez was just being nice…but what do we expect…they cheering us or clapping when take a wicket…
**Nasim Zehra ** @NasimZehra](https://twitter.com/NasimZehra) Such absence of sportsmanship…feeling sorry for these crowds! In Lahore when Indians won v clapped thru r tears.Thank God for who v r !
twitter is full of such messages from influential media folks from Pak…so i was wondering how bad was the crowd…i missed most of the match unfortunately…as long as crowd does not throw stuff or too absuive for players on boundary, not sure what do we expect from an india crowd…they want to support their team and they will…
**LOL..she did not even watch the match and still tweeted…appreciating malik for today’s match!
Shireen Mazari** @ShireenMazari1](https://twitter.com/ShireenMazari1) Sad we lost but Malik was superb! However time to rid the team of expensive free loaders like Kamran Akmal and Afridi! Well tried Team Pak!
home fans cheering for home team is perfectly fine and understandable but what I find unsporting behaviour is the stunned silence of indian fans whenever a Pak batsman hits a 4 or 6 or bowler takes a wicket. There is absolutely no appreciation or applause from the crowd

asif...this is a well-researched and well-documented phenomenon of indian crowd... the indian crowd has been exhibiting this cold behavior towards every visitor including Aussies, saffiess and brits....so it not reserved for Pakistani team only and we shd not take it personal.....
many cricket auhtors have discussed this aspect but frankly speaking no researcher has been able to point out the exact reason for this behavior except indians are overall just too nationalistic ... and also too passionate abt their cricket...so we sdh accept this fact as part of indian crowd's psyche....as long as they dont throw stones or bottles, no issue!

Absolutely, I was out of the room when my son shouted and there was no noise coming from the TV and I knew that a Pakistani player had hit a 4 or 6. The most unsporting crowd I have witnessed.
