I think the way the catches are going down is just a reflection of the way we have approached this game right from the start. Just look at Inzimam's quote before the game:

And the he plays 4 pace bowlers and only one spinner whose last decent performance with the ball was years ago. Unbelievable.
Don't rule out an Indian win because in Kumble India have a leg break bowler who isn't as predictable as Saqi. Apart from that though this pitch has killed the game and I am not taking anything away from the Indian batsmen.
